Isle of Skye Print - Neist Point Sunset - Scotland Landscape Photography

The Image.  

Neist Point is probably my favourite location on the beautiful Isle of Skye! From a photography point of view, there's only one subject to shoot; the lighthouse. There's many different ways to shoot it and this makes it a great location to shoot but for me, actually being there in person, I feel a great sense of joy here! I'd explain why but to be honest, when I feel this kind of emotion in a location, I tend not to think of why I'm feeling a certain way and just be in the moment. This particular evening was much the same as other evenings i've spent here; good sky detail, passing showers and the odd bit of sunlight breaking through the clouds on the horizon. I'd set up this shot and when the lovely golden light illuminated the landscape, a rainbow appeared, off in the distance! 

 

The Print.  

• I use Professional cameras and lenses in my workflow resulting in exceptional image quality. (The preview images have been reduced in quality for web purposes). All photographs are taken and processed by myself.     

• Prints are produced to a high quality by a professional print supplier. Please allow 3-5 days for your print to arrive.     

• Printed on Smooth Pearl 290gsm; a natural white, heavyweight and instant dry, resin coated paper. The beautiful pearl finish and white point gives a crisp finish with a superb colour gammut.     

•  All prints will be printed at the stated sizes. However, an additional white border can be added to the image to make mounting\framing easier. Please notify me if you would like the print to come with a white border.  

   

Sizes Requiring A Crop.  

 Some sizes may require me to make a small crop to the original image. This is due to the paper size being different to the original aspect ratio (2:3) of the photograph. Please don’t hesitate to contact me if you need further assistance. Please see below for sizes requiring a crop;  

 

A4, A3, A2, A1, A0 - Small crop required.  

5x7”, 12x16”, 18x24” - Small crop required.  

8x10”, 10x12”, 16x20”, 20x24” - Significant crop required, please contact me before purchasing.  

 

Postage + Packaging.     

• Prints will be carefully packaged in acid-free tissue paper and sent flat in cardboard envelope or rolled within a tube, dependent on size.   

• Please allow 3-5 business days for your print to arrive.
